Shipping & Returns
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment, via DHL, FedEx or ParcelForce with tracking number. We will provide you with a link so you can follow your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in the same order. We can not combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply for each individually.
All our products are sent directly from the factories of our main brands, in order to lower the costs of the items and have a better price for you.
We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your articles will be well protected.
Navitek Spain is not responsible for possible customs costs, these will be borne by the buyer.
DHL: They do not usually inspect the package, but it is possible. You may have a small increase in package delivery should you inspect it.
Check the following link if your postal code is in the list of distant areas, if so, DHL charges a fee of 28.95 € for the move to a remote location without a DHL office. After your purchase you will receive an email informing you of the increase of € 28.95 which we will send the payment through PayPal.
PARCELFORCE: It takes customs included, but the cost is something more expensive in relation to DHL
All items have 15 days from their purchase for return.

Navitek does not take charge of return shipping expenses. The buyer must take charge of the return shipment. In case you have to resend another substitute product, Navitek will take care of the shipment.
What can I do if I got a wrong article?
Sadly, the wrong or lost item can not be avoided at times. Contact our online customer service immediately and please keep the item in its original state. We will help you to change or resend the items.
What can I do if my item is defective?
Our technicians will test all items before shipping. If you receive a defective item, send us an email and our technicians will try to solve it online. Most of the problem is just misuse and you do not understand how to use it. We recommend that the buyer install the product by the professional installer and check carefully before installation.
If you still have problems with the unit, send us an email. Buyers are responsible for the return cost.
Can I ship the product back if I am not satisfied with it?
If the item has any problem or defect, of course, you have the right to return it, but if you are not satisfied with it, sorry, our company does not accept this statement.
How and when can I get my money back after sending the item?
After confirming the problem, you will be returned by Paypal directly

All items have a factory warranty of the year from the date of purchase
